Christian Fricke

Christian Fricke worked as a Management Consultant at proLean Consulting AG in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he was involved in lean transformation projects within Germany, Europe and the U.S.

His focus is the implementation of lean methods in indirect areas of different industries including automobile, steel, pharmaceutical and energy. Additionally, he conducted seminars in the field of ‘Lean Administration’ at the Lean Management Institute, Germany.

Christian received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany. During this time he gained experience at Mercedes Benz Trucks as a student intern, working in the engineering department. He is currently a graduate student at Virginia Tech persuing a M.S. degree.
